1. Company and service identity
MjChits Pvt Ltd provides digital and branch-assisted chit fund service workflows, including customer onboarding, agent operations, KYC handling, group management, payment records, receipts, passbooks, auctions, reminders, notifications, chat, and support. Corporate, branch, registration, and licensing details should be verified from official company documents and branch notices.
2. Chit fund regulatory context
Chit fund operations in India are subject to applicable central and state laws, including the Chit Funds Act, 1982, relevant state rules, registrar requirements, records, audits, and approvals. Digital access through the website or app does not waive any requirement under applicable chit documents or statutory rules.
3. Digital records and electronic communications
The website, app, admin portal, APIs, SMS/OTP flows, Firebase notifications, email, payment confirmations, chat messages, tickets, receipts, passbook downloads, and audit logs may be treated as operational records. You agree that MjChits may use electronic records and communications for service delivery, reminders, verification, dispute handling, and lawful business purposes.
4. No public investment offer or guarantee
Information on this website or in the mobile app is for existing and prospective service users. It is not a public securities offer, deposit solicitation, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guaranteed return representation. Chit participation carries duties, eligibility conditions, payment obligations, auction rules, and documentation requirements.
5. Payment and third-party providers
Online payment, Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, hosting, storage, WebSocket/realtime delivery, device operating systems, and network services are provided or enabled by third parties. MjChits is responsible only for records created in its systems after successful verification and reconciliation.
6. User responsibility
Customers, agents, and admins must keep account credentials, OTPs, phones, email accounts, devices, and uploaded documents secure. Users must provide accurate information, maintain updated contact details, avoid unauthorized access, and promptly report suspected fraud, incorrect receipts, suspicious chats, payment mismatches, or lost device access.
7. Intellectual property
The MjChits name, logo, website design, app screens, admin portal, content, service workflows, documents, source code, database structure, graphics, and brand assets belong to MjChits Pvt Ltd or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, distributed, scraped, reverse engineered, or reused without written permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Data protection and confidentiality
The service processes personal, KYC, payment, auction, chat, and support data. MjChits uses role-based access and operational controls, but users should understand that digital systems and third-party networks carry inherent risk. Confidential company data, customer data, payment data, and agent records must not be disclosed by users without authorization.
